Midwest SETAC has secured a limited number of hotel rooms [currently 20, with the possibility of increasing the number of rooms available] at the Ambassador Hotel located at 2308 W. Wisconsin Ave., Downtown Milwaukee, less than 1 miles from the meeting location. Nightly rates start at $119 per night plus tax (15.1%) for the King and Single Queen rooms and $139 for the double queens. These rates include complimentary parking. To receive the conference rate, reservations must be made by March 16, 2020 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. To make a reservation, Guests must call (414) 345-5000 or (888) 322-3326 and make their own reservations. Individual guestroom reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Cancellations received within 48 hours prior to arrival are charged one (1) night’s room and tax. Also, any reservations that fail to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be charged a one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file with the reservation. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. In order to take advantage of the group rate, you need to ask for the "SETAC Midwest Conference" group block. Group rates are available two (2) days prior and two (2) days after the event dates, subject to availability.
